It's not easy for me to express this idea, but with the help of the Holy Spirit, it's not only possible but also easy.
We hear these terms daily; however, let's clarify them a bit using A Course in Miracles to see that there's a tremendous mix of words that don't represent what they really mean. To a certain extent, it's impossible for this to happen.
"Mood" is a phrase that makes no sense whatsoever. Let me explain why. "Mood" comes from "soul" or "spirit." The spirit is always the same; being a creation of God, it doesn't change. A couple of days ago, I heard someone talking (according to her, a medium) about the evolution of the spirit. It's clear she doesn't know what she's talking about. The spirit cannot and should not evolve, since it is a creation of God. What does evolve is the mind, which actually unlearns in order to learn what is right and not what it learned that was wrong. Some also talk about new and old souls. This in itself is a mistake, although it doesn't change anything at all. There are no new and old souls. Creation was one and still is. There is no time, therefore no age, in God's Creation, which is the only creation that exists. Everything else is the making of the Son of God. (In this case, "son" is written with a lowercase "s," while if we are speaking of Christ, it is capitalized, since He is the Son of God in Creation.)
Feelings come from feeling, and we feel with our senses. However, emotion is mental, and the mind transmits it to the body, which reacts according to that transmitted emotion.
The basic concept is: emotions generate a state of being in that moment; many identical emotions, repeated, form a state of being.
The remedy, as always, is Atonement, to change those emotions and, consequently, the state of being and the state of existence.

Be still for a moment and immerse yourself in love. What is love?
Ask yourself this question a thousand times, and you'll realize you can't define it. Some say it's a feeling, but feeling comes from the senses; it's as if love could be felt with the senses. It doesn't make sense. So, what is love? We can't define it because there are no words that can. We might think it's a combination of joy and peace, but that falls short.
In ancient biblical writings, different words were used for different kinds of love. The Hebrews used Ahava for unconditional and covenantal love; Jessed for loyal and merciful love; and Dod for romantic and merciful love.
The Greeks used the word Agape, which is supreme, unconditional, and sacrificial love. Phileo referred to brotherly love, deep or affectionate love for a friend; Storge is the natural, familial love or affection, and Eros is romantic, passionate love or sexual attraction.
It's as if there were different kinds of love. Then, as always, when writing the Bible, man removed all the different names and called them all "love." Therefore, the Bible differs from its original writings, and the ego, as usual, believed that the best thing to do was to remove all those words and replace them with "love." The thing is, words are symbols of symbols, and often they don't reflect the idea one has and wants to convey; that's why different words were used.
But God didn't create different kinds of love. He created Love. He is Love, and Love is one. We return to the initial question: What is Love? It is that which encompasses everything, that's true, but even so, we can't fully define it. Nothing that God created can be defined or given meaning, because He is meaning itself. He is all-encompassing love. And that which encompasses everything has no opposites. On Earth, fear would be its opposite, speaking of love in lowercase. A Course in Miracles tells you: love is far beyond what can be taught. But we can clear the obstacles that prevent us from experiencing the presence of love, which is your natural inheritance.
What is Love?

We've heard this phrase in the affirmative many times. Many people believe that wanting is enough. This isn't true, and it never has been. Wanting is wanting; being able is something else entirely. I want to travel to Europe tomorrow. Can I? I really can't. I have obligations and a lack of money that prevent me from doing so. Therefore, wanting is not enough.
If it's possible to give it a different interpretation, it's this: I realize I want to go to Europe, but tomorrow is impossible. Therefore, I look for ways to make my trip to Europe possible at some point. I focus on it. I persist in it; I'm pure willpower in it. I don't sacrifice myself, nor do I give my best effort. This is because both sacrifice and effort are often unsustainable in the long run. This leads us to other phrases created by the ego: "Sacrifice yourself," "Give your best effort." It leads nowhere. And if you've set expectations and don't achieve them, you'll feel frustrated and therefore feel like a failure, and your ego will tell you: "You are a failure."
That's ego nonsense. Interpret it as steps; they're steps that lead me to success, and it's not up to me to know how many steps I need to take to get there. I just take the steps.

The topic of witchcraft is something that truly troubles Heaven. This is because witchcraft, or as it's now called, energy work, represents evil. There is no such thing as good witchcraft; there is only evil behind it. Call it what you will, it is witchcraft.
The only one who can set you free is Jesus (Goodness itself), and no one else. Removing witchcraft with witchcraft is double witchcraft. That's why I write "remove" and not "free." A person who practices witchcraft cannot free you, since they are on the side of evil, and God doesn't mince words. You are either with Him and His thoughts, or you are not with Him at all. Jesus has His teachers, to whom He gave the authority to be the instruments through which He frees you. That witchcraft returns to the one who thought it and the one who practiced it. It is not a punishment; it is simply the law of cause and effect in action.
Most people who are freed believe that everything changes the next day. This way of thinking is mostly a mistake, as it depends heavily on the type of witchcraft that has been cast upon you. Likewise, it takes a relatively short or long time, depending on certain circumstances.
For example, if you were the victim of financial ruin and lost your job or went into debt and can only afford to eat rice, it doesn't mean that being freed today will mean eating caviar tomorrow. You have to find a job, get out of debt, etc. Make good decisions. That said, without witchcraft.
It often happens that people continue to cast the witchcraft, and you have to be freed repeatedly. This is because, as many claim, there is no seal that can prevent witchcraft from affecting you.
Jesus doesn't use seals; therefore, it is witchcraft. If a person has been subjected to a lot of witchcraft and has been freed by Him, they can decide that no more will befall them. He knows the reasons; we don't.

The title might catch your attention. That's because that's how we've always been taught. In reality, it's an inaccurate expression. Some authors also compare the Holy Trinity to water in its different forms: liquid, solid, and gas.
This comparison is invalid because it portrays God as solid water, God the Son as liquid water, and God the Holy Spirit as vapor. This is how the Holy Trinity is explained. This is incorrect. Now let's see how it really is. God is the Cause, His Son the Effect. And the Holy Spirit? It so happened that the Son of God fell asleep. God extended Himself in the Holy Spirit, who is the voice that speaks for God and whose function is to awaken the sleeping Son of God. He is the Comforter; He will take you from nightmares to happy dreams through the Atonement, which is carried out by Jesus. He is the one who atones (undoes mistakes, lack of love (sin), etc.).
So we have God (Cause), His Son (Effect), and the Holy Spirit. The Holy Trinity.

We live in a world of opposites: high-low, cold-hot, night-day. We tend to believe that what isn't good is bad. It would be good-bad. However, in this case, it's not like that. Let me explain with an example. You meet someone you find pleasant and become their friend (the good). As time passes, that person begins to change, according to your interpretation, and you're right. You based your opinion on appearances, but appearances are deceiving because they are just appearances (the not good). So, you decide to distance yourself because you believe it's for the best. That person gets angry with you; they can no longer make you their prisoner or possess something from you that they believe they lack and that you can provide. But they can no longer do so because you've left their life. They need to recover what you, according to them, took from them. In this feeling of being hurt, obviously, according to them, it's your fault, they get angry with you and wish you ill (the bad). She might do anything to punish you because, in her opinion, you deserve it. For example, she might cast a spell on you (the bad thing).
However, there's a huge difference between not being good and actually harming someone or wishing them harm.

God's laws prevail both in Heaven and on Earth. There is a law, the law of cause and effect. I would say it is the basic law by which God is governed.
Cause comes from God. He is the Cause, and the Effect is His Son.
You cannot escape this law. Cause is Cause because the effect makes the cause a cause. Without cause, there is no effect. The problem arises when you mistake the effect for cause, when in fact it is only the effect. You must find the cause, which is always mental. You are thought, an idea of the Cause; you can never be the cause of the cause, you are always the effect in terms of Creation.
In this world, which is a parody of Creation, if you have causes in your mind that are responsible for undesirable situations occurring to you—we call these causes programs, wrong decisions, etc.—you have to undo the cause; you cannot do it on your own. The only one who can is Jesus; Mary can also do it if Jesus agrees.
An illness is not the cause; it's the effect that shows you there's a cause in your mind producing it. Doctors only alleviate and cure the effects; they can't get to the root cause. And this cause finds another symptom (another effect) that manifests in your body.
Undoing the cause is called Atonement. You can atone on your own or seek a teacher of God to find the cause that brings you these harmful effects.
The effect is always in the cause and never the other way around, although in this world you can confuse the effect with the cause, and it happens very often.
I used an illness as an example; it's just one example. There are other causes, such as: stagnation in life, poverty, lack of achievement, etc.
Remember cause and effect.

You're always making decisions. It might not seem that way, but appearances are deceiving.
Do I get out of bed or not? Do I have breakfast or not? Do I go to work or not? Do I study now or leave it for later? What should I make for dinner? Do I buy this or not? Our life is, among other things, a continuous process of making decisions. One of the biggest problems in this world (your world) is that we almost always make bad decisions, and the consequences appear, whether we like it or not.
You can't make any kind of decision on your own, even though it might seem that way, but remember that appearances are deceiving.
We have two teachers within us: the ego and the Holy Spirit. Your decisions are based on who you listen to. If you listen to the wrong teacher, which is the ego, your ego, the decision is incorrect because the ego's premise is "seek and you won't find." If you make the decision based on the Holy Spirit, it's correct because His premise is "seek and you will find."
A mind filled with noise and thoughts cannot hear the Holy Spirit, not because His voice is weak, but because the mental noise prevents you from hearing Him. All that noise comes from the ego, the wrong teacher. What you must do is become still. Something you can say before making a decision is to repeat to yourself: "Be still and know that I Am God. You will hear the right teacher." Remember that the ego goes against all thoughts of God. Although there are certain egos we call spiritual, they are still egos and are always wrong in one way or another.
Be still and know that I Am God.

"What You See"

Jesus, through the Course, tells us: "What you see reflects what you think, and what you think is nothing but a reflection of what you want to see." Simple, concise.
What are you thinking about?
What do you want to see?
Two excellent questions for you to put into practice.
And he uses a word that no one notices: "reflects." What does he mean by "reflects"? Or, is it a reflection of what?
He's talking about your subconscious. That's where the programs, the wrong decisions, that make your life what it is are. Situations from your childhood, adolescence, or even adulthood. The remedy is Atonement; there is no other. From this, it follows that many disciplines cannot transform your life, or change you, or make you stop being who you are and become who you truly are.
Is Atonement Jesus? He often needs an instrument, a teacher of God on earth, to help you Atone. Simple and concise.

Different mindsets it mentions.

Throughout this text, you will find, or have already found, information about different mindsets. We will briefly summarize them to help clarify them for you, or rather, for us.
Open Mindset: This implies having a receptive mindset to the fact that there are different interpretations and perceptions than our own.
Faulty Mindset: This refers to all the thoughts, perceptions, and interpretations that come from the ego.
Miraculous or True Mindset: This is the mindset that comes from God.
One Mindset: This is the so-called miraculous mindset. It is called One because it comes from God. Thinking as God thinks.

Can You Atone for Your Past Generations?

Can you Atone for past mistakes?
The answer is no. All the patterns passed down to you from generation to generation can only be atoned for by moving forward, never backward. I mean, you can't do anything about your great-grandmother's patterns. That's her business. But you can atone for your children. By changing yourself, and keeping in mind that there's no better example than leading by example, your children will see a change in you and learn from this new "you" that you are now.
The Bible says it very directly. Even the third or fourth generation will pay for the mistakes of their ancestors. Change the word "pay" to "receive." It sounds different.
Remember, it's always from the here and now forward, never backward.

What do you think about this?

The course teaches us by saying: I (Jesus) am the only one who can work miracles impartially because I am the Atonement. You have a role in the Atonement, which I will show you. Ask me what miracles should be performed. This will save you time and unnecessary effort because you will be acting under direct communication.
Much to learn, or rather, unlearn.
The first thing that stands out is the conviction with which he speaks. Without beating around the bush, he gets straight to the point, and how much humility he shows in considering his role. He even tells you, "I am the Atonement," I am the remedy, and I am the one who puts it into action.
Then he tells you to ask him. No unnecessary effort.
And to conclude, he tells you: "You will be acting under direct communication. No asking anyone, no doubts, no intermediaries. Just you and him, and no one else."
Then he says: "A guide doesn't control, but he does direct." He is telling you that he is directing you.
And then it says: leaving it up to you whether you follow it or not.
It's, you follow me or you don't, you choose. There are no middle grounds. Black and white. No shades of gray. As many say.
Why does it tell you this? Because you can't decide for yourself. You decide from the ego. There are no other alternatives. If it comes from the ego or the Holy Spirit, it's good, and only what is good works; everything else comes from the ego, and that's why we end up like this. That's why it's "the other way."
